Hi, I have been studying sleep paralysis for a few years now. I used to suffer from these terrible occurances almost nightly up until about three years ago. I now suffer from them only a couple times a year. I know there is more to this then some unknown medical condition that scientist have been unable to explain, so I have been researching it on my own. I have uncovered some pretty frightening things that I feel needs to be shared with the world. To complete my my book, I need to collect as many experiences as I can, so I can point out the similarities, so I hope that you my fellow sufferers can help me out with that aspect. It is my hope to have completed at least most of my book by the first of next year, so please utilize the forum located here http://myforum.old-hag.com/user/categories.aspx to record your experiences or email them to me at admin@osd-hag.com to help me help you. Are we asleep when we sufffer from a attack from the Old Hag

Well According to a study by Professor Chris French, who has co-authored a paper on sleep paralysis with Julia Santomauro we are still asleep. I am not buying it. I know when I am asleep and when I am awake. According to their study the count is up to 50% of the population is now suffering from these occurrences. You can find out more about it here
