Suffering from Sleep Paralysis Old Hag Syndrome YOU are not Crazy nor Alone
I have so many readers that think they have lost their minds, if you
are then about half the population is as well. That is the most
important thing to accept first is you are not crazy, don't even think
for a moment that you are. We all hear things, see them, and feel
them.. What saddens me the most is that people feel like taking their
own lives because they are so tired literally and just plain tired of
dealing with it. Remember that is not an option. We will all pull
through this together! Think of the children that suffer from this.
The monster under the bed has become reality to them!
As promised we will be looking into some scientific and medical explanations. I will provide you with a link that is in 5 short parts on you tube in next post. I have just found it and am not yet done reviewing it, but will probably post the info on it in my next post.
Ps.. I am still working on the layout of my blog, and noticed that the polls are a little messed up, but hopefully will have those snags fixed as well. It is my goal to add more polls, some suggested from others, and some related to the topic in general. If there is anything you would like to suggest let me know.
Again and as always sweet dreams.

This happens to me once or twice a month I'll wake up paralized and feel almost out of my body and like it is really happening to me. I haven't told many people about it until now because I just started researching more about it and didn't know if I was going crazy or not haha. But the other night at my girlfriends house this happened to me.
I was having a normal dream when I realized I was dreaming. I then realized I was in my girlfriends bed and tried to make myself wake up by telling myself to wake from my dream like I usually can except I couldn't again this time. Instead of waking my body was paralized and I could feel a very dark evilness entering the room. I looked around everything was dark, shadowy, I could hear
strange noises like a humming from a machine or something and there was also a really old wooden table now next to the bed beside me. I could see my gf and myself sleeping in bed still and a
dark evil shadow man was moving around the room. The man is so dark that even though the room is already dark and in a weird looking state he stands out by being pure black darker then the dark room.
Then an old short lady with layers of old clothes on and long dark hair scurried up beside me accross the room and up onto the bed beside me and her presence made me not able to breathe/move and my heart was pounding at this point. She didn't like me seeing her I don't think, and she seemed to stay in the shadows beside me where I couldn't see her because I'm paralized. She then pulled an old style razor blade and with one quick slash she shaved my chest and then started shaving at my left arm very fast back and forth while holding my arm. At that point I somehow gained controle of my body and snapped awake fast. My gf had been trying to wake me for about a minute or two and all that came out of my mouth was a girgling noise and I am unable to be woken up. I remember seeing her shaking me in my dream and I could hear her voice telling me wake up and I had tried yelling and doing anything to wake up but I think that noise is all that I was able to make.
This has been happening since I was a teenager in highschool and I'm 23 now.

Thank you for writing. Yes it is scary, and leaves you wondering what the heck just happened. With me, I am still awake. You may have had what they call an OBE, out of body experience. This is where you can look down and see yourself and the surroundings in your room. Please keep us informed, and thanks again.
