Sleep Paralysis and Old Hag Syndrome Site Reminders

For those of you joining us late in the game.  I have been keeping a blog on google at http://old-hag.blogspot.com/.  I have been using this one as a twin to help people find us.  There was a problem with the blog importer that scrambled a lot of the words and spelling in the beginning.  I have fixed some of them, but if you are reading an article and it is just to scrambled to get the meaning of the post, please refer to the blog address above.  usually I post on the google one first and later copy the entry to this blog manually a few days later, at the latest.  We also have a forum http://myforum.old-hag.com/user/categories.aspx that we have recently created for our readers to discuss the "weirdness" of it all and to receive feedback from me and other people as we are all in this together.  The main web site is located at www.old-hag.com.

My main goal is to get to the bottom of what is going on the last count was 30% of the entire population had reported having experienced what I call SP1 and SP2, SP1 meaning normal  paralysis when you awake for a moment with nothing freaky happening, SP2 is when all hell breaks loose and you think you are in a horror movie.  well most people have not reported it to anyone,m so we are looking at about 50% now...WHY?  We didn't used to.  People didn't even know what it was, and now people are afraid they are going crazy all of the world.

I am writing a book which will be an encyclopedia of sorts and will include all my research, which believe me I have done a lot.   I hope to have it completed by around March or April.  I will adding some free chapters as we get closer, but it will be cheap, and e-book at first, but believe me you will want to print it out and keep in at a binder at your bedside.

Well, I don't really get a chance to speak personally to this blog, so I wanted to take this time to introduce myself to all of you.  My name is Sherry, and I have suffered through many many nights of sleep paralysis and I am here for any questions, comments or anything that you would like to add to the book would be great.  You will be given full credit and your five minutes of fame.  So on that note, hope to hear from many of you soon, via the blog, comment form on the web site or privately at my email with any questions or suggestions you may have admin@old-hag.com

And as always sweet dreams!

Allow me to shed some light on this topic. You will KNOW when SP hits because its a sensation like nothing you've ever felt. Its more than just pins and needles because it is your whole body going into paralysis. Alot of times when it happens to me I also get auditory signs. However, other times SP can be followed directly with entering into a dream. The process is different for each person so its hard to explain what exactly it will be like for you. But trust me, you'll just KNOW know when it happens. Hope this helps.
