Hi, I have been studying sleep paralysis for a few years now. I used to suffer from these terrible occurances almost nightly up until about three years ago. I now suffer from them only a couple times a year. I know there is more to this then some unknown medical condition that scientist have been unable to explain, so I have been researching it on my own. I have uncovered some pretty frightening things that I feel needs to be shared with the world. To complete my my book, I need to collect as many experiences as I can, so I can point out the similarities, so I hope that you my fellow sufferers can help me out with that aspect. It is my hope to have completed at least most of my book by the first of next year, so please utilize the forum located here http://myforum.old-hag.com/user/categories.aspx to record your experiences or email them to me at admin@osd-hag.com to help me help you. Ithought this may interest a few of you. I found a site while surfingthat actually tells you how to have an OBE. The site is the Out of Body Experience Research Foundation by Jody Long and Dr. Jeff. http://www.oberf.org/.

The detail of how to have an OBE experience is located here.

Idon't think I am brave enough to go there. My one maybe experience wasenough, but those of you that are interested, it is a good read. Hopeeveryone is having fun shopping those dollars away lol
