Hi, I have been studying sleep paralysis for a few years now. I used to suffer from these terrible occurances almost nightly up until about three years ago. I now suffer from them only a couple times a year. I know there is more to this then some unknown medical condition that scientist have been unable to explain, so I have been researching it on my own. I have uncovered some pretty frightening things that I feel needs to be shared with the world. To complete my my book, I need to collect as many experiences as I can, so I can point out the similarities, so I hope that you my fellow sufferers can help me out with that aspect. I got the video and as promised I would review it with you. You must buy this documentary! This footage is opening the doorway for all of us that suffer from sleep paralysis. This documentary is excellent and well directed. It includes interviews with victims of sleep paralysis as well as interviews with Dr. Hufford and more. I don't want to spoil it for you, so the only thing I can suggest is you see it for yourself. It is less than $10.00, about the price of a go large at McDonalds, so there is no excuse not to buy it. The interviews with the others are priceless as it further confirms you are not alone.
